Suzanne believes that collaboration between therapist and client is key to getting the most out of therapy. She strives to create a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment where clients feel supported to work through their difficulties, at their own pace. A humanistic and integrative practitioner, Suzanne tailors her approach to each individual, drawing upon different therapeutic orientations such as CBT, psychodynamic and attachment theory to help clients understand the source of their distress. She seeks to help her clients build up their own strengths and resources to make positive changes in their lives. Suzanne has experience working with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, work-related stress, grief, trauma, abuse, self-esteem, relationship issues and personal development.
