Bio
Breda is a qualified Psychotherapist and a fully accredited member of the IACP, holding a first class honours degree from Dublin Business School. She works within the codes of ethics as laid out by the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. Previously she was involved with the Big Brother Big Sister mentoring programme under the direction of Foroige, the national youth development organisation. Breda is continuing to attend workshops and seminars to further her education in order to enhance her skills as a psychotherapist.
Breda offers a safe space for one-to-one counselling and psychotherapy for adults. Working from a humanistic, person centred, integrative model, Breda hopes to provide the supportive environment which can facilitate change for her clients. She offers counselling and psychotherapy for issues including but not limited to: loss and bereavement, depression, anxiety, gender issues, sexual identity, self-esteem and self-expression, women’s health and well-being. Where suitable Breda engages with mindfulness both in session and in the provision of guides for clients to use outside the therapy room.
Breda’s fees are €75 per appointment, a reduced rate of €60 is available for students and currently unemployed clients.
