I work towards creating a supportive environment for individual self-discovery and personal development, based on acceptance, respect and empathy, giving each individual autonomy to conduct the sessions at their own pace. I encourage my clients to express themselves openly, focusing on exploring their feelings and emotions and how these impact their lives. I believe the quality of the relationship between therapist and client is essential to foster life changing transformation and growth. My therapeutic approaches are humanistic and integrative which involves analysing early life experiences, attachment patterns, family dynamics, ingrained maladaptive coping mechanisms, conditions of worth, intrusive thoughts, to name a few. Throughout the therapy journey I support my clients to gain a deep understand of their sense of self and how they find meaning in the world. My experience includes working with anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, shame, low motivation, trauma, sexual issues, gender identity, bereavement and loss. Tatiane holds a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy and is an accredited IACP member – fee for 50 min is €70.
